What we do with the details you send us through this website, and how to ask us to delete them.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, the development or apartment you are interested in and your message. If you register for the client portal we also hold your apartment record and the documents that belong to it.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, send you the information you asked for and, if you buy, to administer your purchase. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Our sales and administration team, and the service providers who host this website and send our email. Your lawyer or bank receive information only when you ask us to send it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@develeco.com.cy and we will respond within one month.
